What do I need to do to participate?
• Bring a wrapped gift (gift must be PG rated) to the event
• Take a number upon arrival and dropping off your gift at registration
'Tis the season of giving, and you can make a child's holiday dreams come true! Join us in spreading warmth and joy to children in need by contributing to our "Toys for Tots" gift drive. This year at our REMY™ event, we will have an opportunity for you to bring a toy to donate for Toys for Tots!

What are the gift requirements?
• New and Unwrapped: Toys must be brand-new and in their original packaging. This rule is crucial to ensure the safety and integrity of the toys.
• Age-Appropriate: Toys should be suitable for children up to age 16. It's essential to consider the age range indicated on the toy's packaging and select toys that align with this guidance.
• No Weapons or Violence: Toys that resemble weapons or promote violence are not accepted. This includes items like toy guns, knives, or violent video games.
• No Food Items: Do not donate food items, including candy, perishable goods, or homemade treats, as these cannot be distributed as toys.
• No Gift Cards or Cash: While monetary donations are appreciated, the Toys for Tots program primarily collects physical toys. If you want to make a financial contribution, you can check the Toys for Tots website for information on how to do so.
• No Used Toys: Used toys are generally not accepted as part of the Toys for Tots program. The organization's focus is on providing new, unwrapped gifts.

Cocktail attire is preferred!
Do I have to participate in the white elephant gift exchange?
You do not have to participate, but we encourage you to! NARI KC is Attempting the Guinness World Record for the Largest White Elephant Gift Exchange! We cannot break the record without you, so bringing a wrapped gift is strongly encouraged!
What are good examples of a white elephant gift I can bring?
We encourage you to get creative, while keeping the items PG rated! Some examples include funky socks, ridiculous coffee mugs, lightsaber chopsticks, mop slippers, and so much more! (If you are unsure if the gift you plan on brining is appropriate for this event, then best guess is that it isn't ... so choose something else!)
What unwrapped gifts should I bring for the "Toys for Tot's" drive?
Need some ideas for what unwrapped gifts to bring for the Toys for Tot's drive? Look no further! Some gift ideas include: puzzles, art supplies, sports equipment, jewelry making kits, journals/diaries, model cars, etc.
